Rules people miss

  • Transaction records such as gauges and transfers have their own deadlines: within 3 business days of the transaction under 27 CFR 19.631.
  • The monthly reports and your 5000.24 tax returns should tie to each other.
How Distillers Desk handles this. We reconcile your records each period, prepare the reports and the tax return together, send them for your approval and submit them under your limited 5000.8. See the service and price or get started.

On or before the 15th day of the month after the reporting period ends, per TTB’s operational-reports page.

Can you file it for me?

Yes. After you approve it, we submit it under your limited TTB F 5000.8. You can also file it yourself for free in Pay.gov.

Start with a short request.

Three short steps, about two minutes. We reply by email within 1 business day with a fixed price and a checklist of what we’d need. There’s no obligation and no sales call.

Nothing is filed and nothing is charged until you approve a written quote. Private filing service; not a government agency.
